Privacy

We compute charts from the birth details you enter. Birth details for the free kundli, panchang and matching tools are used to compute the result and are not stored. They may appear briefly in standard server logs.

If you ask for the free PDF, we store your email, name, birth details and consent in a separate database used only to send the PDF and occasional updates from Shunya Kaal. It is never sold or shared. Email us to have your data deleted.

Place search uses OpenStreetMap Nominatim.

Consultation bookings

When you book a consultation we store your name, email, WhatsApp number, birth date, time and place, your question, the slot and timezone you chose, the payment reference (UTR or PayPal transaction ID) and any payment screenshot you upload, plus your IP address and the country it maps to (used only to show prices in INR or USD). This is used only to verify payment, prepare and hold your consultation and contact you about it. It is kept in the same separate database, never sold or shared, and visible only to Tushaar. Payment screenshots are stored privately, not on a public URL. PayPal and your UPI app process payments under their own privacy policies. Email us to have your booking data deleted.
