Shadbala and the D60: Skill Without Reward

The pattern
You have skill, yet less-skilled people earn more. It may be a specific block shown in the D60.
Shadbala
A six-fold mathematical score of planetary strength: positional, directional, temporal, motional, natural and aspectual. High 10th-lord shadbala confirms genuine competence, but it is this life's story only.
D60 shashtiamsha
The chart in 60 parts, read as the record of past-life karma. If the career planet falls in a harsh amsha such as Ghora (harm) or Rakshasa (ego-driven action that hurt others), or one tied to deception, recognition and reward can be delayed until that pattern is addressed.
Why changing fields doesn't help
