Rahu, a Chalit Shift and a Property Dispute
After her husband's death a hidden partner claimed a widow's diamond business in London. Rahu's chalit shift, SAV and the 6th lord helped expose forged claims.
The story
From a Surat chawl, a couple built a diamond business in Mayfair over 20 years. The husband died suddenly. On the third day another woman appeared with a new will and a claim; accounts were frozen. A generic reading said settle. She did not.
The chart
- ☊︎ Rahu in the rashi 8th: inheritance, hidden assets, sudden death.
- In the bhava chalit it moved into the 7th: the other party and open court claims.
- That sign had 33 SAV.
- Rahu dasha, ♂︎ Mars antardasha; Mars was her 6th lord and exalted in the D9: strength in litigation.
- Transit Rahu crossed its natal degree; she wore untreated Ceylon gomed in that window.
What happened
The stone did no miracle. Rahu's investigative side worked: documents were re-read, two fake identities and forged stamps surfaced, and the claimant left the UK before the next hearing.
The lesson
Rahu doesn't always mean trouble. This chain was specific; gomed won't work in every property dispute.
Key rules
- Rahu in the 8th: inheritance, hidden assets.
- Chalit shift into the 7th: the other party.
- High SAV in the disputed sign: strength.
- Exalted D9 6th lord as antardasha: litigation strength.
