Collective Puja or a Dedicated Anushthan?

The case
A tech director stuck at director level for three years: L1 extension pending, no new equity, promotions blocked. He booked an online navagraha package three times; each time his name was read from a long PDF among 500 others, and the camera turned off.
Diagnosis first
His chart was read with the running dasha, lagna lord and D10 professional indicators. The issue was not just navagraha shanti: in the dasha the lagna lord's fire element was weak, with a specific D10 link to professional authority. So instead of repeating the collective ritual, a dedicated sankalpa anushthan was chosen: specific sankalpa, specific timing, required materials.
Both have a place
A collective anushthan isn't useless, and a specific yagna isn't necessary for everything. The purpose differs; diagnosis decides.
